Two things can be possible:
1. Either it is moving in circles with a continuous speed.
2. It is moving with an increasing or decreasing speed.
In the first case, the direction is changing, but the speed is not. In the second case, both, the speed is changing as well as the direction is changing.
Note: In both cases, direction is changing so Velocity is changing anyways as Velocity is a vector quantity.
