*THEY WERE PREPARED BY RUBBING PAPER AGAINST THE INKED SURFACE.

*SINCE BOTH SIDES CANNOT BE PRINTED THEY WERE FOLDED AND STITCHED IN ONE SIDE.'

The following are the features of the Chinese Accordion Book:

1. The Accordion Book’ was the popular volume of China, these were hand printed. They were printed by rubbing paper upon the inked sheet of wood slabs.

2. As both surfaces of the flat, permeable paper would not be printed, so the book was lapped and sutured at the side.

3.  The experienced artists with remarkable skill and the grace of calligraphy could copy the traditional  Accordion Book.
