Propagation of sound:moving of sound in form of waves by creating compressions and relaxation (forms crest and trough)
Reflection of sound:bouncing back of sound by hitting an object.

When some one knocks the door u can be able to hear it from a distance I. E sound is propagated
And in hilly areas u can hear ur sound back called as echo(reflection)
