  • These are the oval shaped cells.
  • These cells have rounded nucleus.
  • The chromatin fibres inside these cells are arranged like spokes in a wheel.
  • They develop from the lymphocytes.
  • These plasma cells develops from B-cells, and these B-cells divide and produce plasma cells and memory B-cells.
  • These plasma cells produces 'gamma' immunoglobulin proteins.
