Globalization is the integration between countries through foreign trade and foreign investment by MNCs.

Positive Impact of Globalisation:

1. Due to globalization many MNCs have increase their investment in India, this resulted in the increase of job opportunity and improve the standard of living of peoples.
2. Top Indian companies have benefited from the increased competition and they invested in newer technology and production method.
3. Large Indian companies have emerged as multinational likes Tata motors.
4. Globalization also increase the job opportunities for Indian companies providing services particularly in IT fields. Also, it made consumers a wide range of opportunities.

Negative impact of Globalisation:

1. It become a major threat to small producers as they were not able to compete with the international products.
2. Led to workers jobless as because of the shut down of domestic industries.
3. Make the situation of domestic inhabitants worsen as they push domestic industries, which are in their dominance, to make themselves disobey the organised sector laws.
4. It also led to the decline in growth of agriculture as it makes the import at cheaper rates.
