give some reasons parents are not allowing girls to do job after they have received education

The main reason is the because of the social and financial situations.Some other brief reasons are:
1)culture and traditions..like early marriage
2) Parents cannot afford to send them to school due to financial conditions.
3)Girls sometimes have to discontinue in order to help in the household works.
4) Girls have a very low image in the society,they are treated as a burden.
