Best tip would be-:
Follow these steps-:
(1)Go to your mom and tell her that u don't need phone and she had to keep it until u finish ur exams.
(2)Then went back to your room,pick up your science books and start reading them with your brain and heart.
PRECAUTION#=> make sure u read each and every line.

first of all prepare well
then build up confidence to stand up in front of teacher that ask you question so that u can answer without any problem
3.me and my friend prepare for this by playing a game like a match she asks me questions and I have to give answer in seconds if not I loose .By this way u will able to answer any questions in seconds moreover it will build up ur confidence in front of teacher
