What is the matter and why it is useful?

• The matter is required for all the nuclear reactions, whether it involves fusion of mass or splitting of mass.
• All the chemical and physical reactions need matter to occur.  
• The living cell is made up of matter, thus the existence of life on earth is impossible without matter.
