• Avoid going round the bush, filling words with loose talk and sentences that are not relevant.

3. Concrete

• Back-up your talk with facts and figures, so that No one can deny your words.

4. Correct

• In Written Communication like E-Mails, Avoid Spelling and Grammatical Mistakes.

5. Coherent

• Your Message should be Logical and should make sense to the Listener.

6. Complete

Your Message should include everything in it Ranging from

• Describing the situation,

• Your thought process to execute it and

• When and Where to start executing it.

7. Courteous

• Be Polite and don't use rude or harsh words that will enrage the listener.
