Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

The measurements of the bigger rectangle are

15 m and 10 m and the measurements of the smaller rectangle are 6 m and 4 m

To find :-

Find the aea of the shaded parts ?

Solution :-

Given that

Length of the bigger rectangle = 15 m

Breadth of the bigger rectangle = 10 m

We know that

Area of a rectangle = lb sq.units

Area of the bigger rectangle = 15×10 m²

=> 150 m²

Length of the smaller rectangle = 6 m

Breadth of the smallerr rectangle = 4 m

We know that

Area of a rectangle = lb sq.units

Area of the smaller rectangle = 6×4 m²

=> 24 m²

Area of the shaded parts = Area of the bigger rectangle - Area of the smaller rectangle

=> 150-24 m²

=> 126 m²

Answer:-

Area of the shaded parts is 126

Used formulae:-

→Area of a rectangle = lb sq.units

→ l = length

→ b = breadth
