A flooring tile has a shape of parallelogram whose base is 18 cm and the corresponding height is 6cm. How many such tiles are requires to cover a floor of area 540 metre square.? (If required you can split the tiles in whatever way you want to fill up the corners).​​

this can be solved as

area of a llgm = b ×h

on converting values to metre

area=.18×.06=0.0108m²

no .of tiles required=

540÷.0108=50000 tiles ans.
