So, the radius of the semicircular end is 2.5m

Length of the rectangle

>> 30 - (2.5 × 2)

>> 25

Perimeter of the outer half circle

>> 2.5 r

Area of the outer half circle

>> ½ π (2.5)²

Area of the both outer circles

>> 6.25π

Area of the rectangle

>> 25 × 5 = 125 m²

Total area of the figure >> [125 + 6.25π ] m²

Total perimeter of the figure >> [50 + 5r] m

This is the required answer.
