1. Change of leaders lead to instability. 2. Only political  competition, no scope for morality. 3. Consulting more people leads to delays. 4. Ordinary people don't know that what is good for them. 5. Leads to corruption.

Here Argument against democracy 1. Leaders keep changing in a democracy. This lead to instability. 2. Democracy is all about political competition and power play. There is no scope for morality. 3. So many people have to be consulted in a democracy which leads to delay. 4. Selected leads don't know the the best  interest of the people. It leads to bad decisions. 5.
