.There is faith and there is facts. Faith says they are authentic without proof and finds proof in the texts available and interprets it.

Facts are not conclusive.

Veda Vyasa Krishna Dwaipayana and Mahabharatha is supposed to be events of more than 3000 years to 5000 years ago. Ramayana is supposed to be more than 10,000 years ago.

If we follow puranas it is more than million years as per the Treta and Dwapara yuga calculation.

Unfortunately we do not have any historic record or original text of Veda, Purana, Mahabharata or Ramayana which is more than 2500 years old to prove or authenticate anything said.

So we take the oldest texts and interpret and try to prove things.

listen my frnd , the authencity of mahabharat has a proof of krukshetra in haryana , the bhagvad Gita, and the 5000 years ago proofs of war in krukshetra there are many proofs like

1. indraprastha name of delhi

2. the name of place like bhimbetka where bhim sits and drink water

3. and the last but not least the hastinapur palace which becomes old meomerial with broken stories of kuravas and pandavas etc.
