Answer:
Rashid can be called courageous, noble, dedicated, hardworking, selfless, persevering, etc.
Explanation:
In the lesson, Rashid ended up opening a school in which he gave free education to the village children. When the villagers denied saying that their children won't have a situation to use the gained education as they would all become farmers, Rashid said that he would be taking the children to the cotton farm everyday to sow and harvest crops. Only then the parents allowed their children to go to school. When the children were seen by their mothers excelling in map making, studies, etc., the mothers also started coming to Rashid's school as they weren't educated. The author (Late Santha Rama Rau)'s mother concluded by saying that Rashid has done a great job which isn't easy at all.
