Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system was introduced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India to assess all aspects of a student's development on a continuous basis throughout the year

Core Objective: Continuous in evaluation & assessment of broad based learning and behavioural outcomes. The objectives of the CCE scheme are : To help develop cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills. To lay emphasis on thought process and de-emphasise memorization.
