Chromosome: It is the chromatin material during mitosis and meiosis which coils and uncoils itself and carry's all the genetic material and information along it. 

Centrosome: It is an organelle that is present in the cell and is responsible for the division of the daughter cells in the process of mitosis and meiosis.
