hey friend ....
the biggest difference between ionic and covalent compound are that ionic are form by gaining or losing of electrons and covalent compound are formed by mutual sharing.
2•> ionic are good condoctors and covalent compound are generally bad conductor of electricity.
3. ionic are generally soluble in water and covalent compound are generally insoluble in aqueous solution.
