1) animal cell is roughly circular in shape but plant cell is roughly rectangular in shape.

2) animal cell has nucleus in centre of the cell but plant cell has nucleus in peripheral position of the cell.

3) plant cell has additional cell wall but animal cell has not.

4) plant cell has large vacuole or more in number but animal cell has small vacuole or absent.

5) plant cell has plastide but animal cell has not .
