The primary physical difference is that thermoplastics can be remelted back into a liquid, whereas thermoset plastics always remain in a permanent solid state. Think of thermoplastics as butter – butter can be melted and cooled multiple times to form various shapes........... . thanks

randhir4686p6o4v4: CAN YOU TELL ME TWO DIFFERENCES
Deepak4311: Thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics are two separate classes of polymers, which are differentiated based on their behavior in the presence of heat. The material difference between the two is that thermoplastics can be remelted, while thermoset plastics remain in a permanent solid state once hardened.

-thermoplastics are the plastics which get deformed easily on heating and can be bent easily are know as thermoplastics.for example:polythene &pvc
-thermosetting plastics are the plastics which when moulded once, can not be softened by heating are known as thermosetting plastics.for example :bakelite&melamine.
hope it will help you!
