The nucleoplasm is specifically the contents within the membrane that separates the nucleus from the rest of the cell (the nuclear membrane). It contains the DNA as well as all the proteins involved in transcription (not translation which occurs in the cytoplasm) and regulation of gene expression

Cytoplasm is the aqeous ground substance where mot of the cell organeles are found.
Nucleoplasm is the fluid containing the nucleus .
