Hello friend here is your answer,

Distance: i). Distance is the length of the actual path travelled by an object or any kind of thing in a motion while going from one point to another point.

ii). Distance is a scalar quantity.

iii). It is either equal or greater than displacement.

iv). Distance traveled is always positive.

Displacement : i). Displacement is the minimum distance traveled by an object while going from one place to another.

ii). Displacement is a vector quantity .

iii). It is either equal or less than the distance between the finishing and the starting point.

iv). Displacement may be positive or negative as well as can be zero, it's depends on the velocities.

I hope it will helps you..........

Distance:-

Distance is the length of the actual path traversed by a body, irrespective of its direction of motion.

Distance between two given given points may be same or different paths chosen.

It is a scalar quantity.

Distance covered is always positive or zero.

Displacement:-

Displacment is the shortest distance between the initial and final positions of a body in a given direction.

Displacement between two given points is always same.

It is a vector quantity.

Displacement covered may be positive, negative or zero.
