no of electrons in Fe+3 ion =23
now, configuration of Fe+3 ,
1s^2 , 2s^2 , 2p^6 , 3s^2, 3p^6, 4s^2, 3d^3
but here for stability of d -subshell ( half fill or full fill subshell stable ) two electrons comes from s to d
now,
