work can be positive or negative if we apply a force on a object and force has a component in the same direction as the displacement work.

examples of positive work my point of view will be following:

1.) pushing the glass on the table to some distance.

2.)lifting a block.

3.)pulling a box on the floor to another place.

4.)climbing a hill

5.)kicking the football
