Answer:

The circulatory system is made up of blood vessels that carry blood away from and towards the heart. Arteries carry blood away from the heart and veins carry blood back to the heart. The circulatory system carries oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to cells, and removes waste products, like carbon dioxide.

The circulation materials in human beings is carried out with the help of the circulatory fluid called blood. The blood flows through vessels or tubes called blood vessels. All the blood vessels are connected to the main organ of the system called the heart. There are three kinds of blood vessels in our circulatory system------ arteries, veins and capillaries.

ARTERIES : These blood vessels carry oxygenated blood from the heart to different parts of the body.

VEINS : These blood vessels carry deoxygenated blood from different body parts to the heart for purification.

CAPILLARIES : They are extremely thin blood vessels, which connect arteries and veins.
