2y-9=0

2y=0+9

y=9/2

y=4.5

standard form of two variable is ax+by+c=0

on comparing 2y-9=0

here x=0

and y= 9/2 = 4.5

2y-9=0

2y=9

y=9/2

hence the point lie in first quadrant on y-axis between 4 and 5 .

it's sign is positive

and on number line it will lie between 4 and 5
