The given linear equation is

       2 x- 11=0

adding 11 on both sides of L.H.S and R.H.S

→2 x- 11 + 11=0+11

→ 2 x = 11

Dividing both side of equation by 2, we get

x=11/2

1. In one variable x=11/2 will represent a point on the number line i.e 11/2 units distance from the origin.

2. 2 x + 0.y=11 , represents a line parallel to Y - axis cutting the X -axis at (11/2,0).

Step-by-step explanation:

The given linear equation is

2x11=0

adding 11 on both side of L.H.S and R.H.S

»2x-11+11=0+11

»2x=11

Dividing both side of equation by 2, we get

x=11/2

1. In one variable x=11/2 will represent a point on the number line i.e.11/2 units distance from the origin.

2. 2x+0.y=11, represents a line parallel to y-axis cutting the x-axis at (11/2,0).
