The following are the abiotic factors which alone forms the sphere:

1. Hydrosphere: The water is the abiotic factor which forms the hydrosphere. The hydrosphere represent the total amount of water available on planet earth in the form of oceans, lakes, rivers, ponds and others.

2. Pedosphere: The soil is the abiotic factor which forms the pedosphere. The soil is formed by the process of pedogenesis. That is the formation of soil from weathering, and sedimentation of the parent material.

3. Atmosphere: The air is the abiotic factor which forms the atmosphere. The air is the mixture of gases which contribute to the formation of the atmosphere.

All the three spheres are necessary for the growth and abundance of living beings on earth. These are the sub-components of the sphere where living beings live that is the biosphere.
