Na is an alkali so, it's oxidation number will always be +1 and oxidation number of H is +1 and let oxidation number of As be x and the oxidation number of O is -2 and the sun of oxidation number of a compund is always 0

(1×2)+1+x+(-2×3)=0

2+1+x-6=0

x=+3
