Answer:

Rabindranath Tagore, in his poem, Where the mind is without fear, asks for a perfect country-both at spiritual, and intellectual  level. The poet not only wants freedom from the White British Colonials, but also from all kinds of superstitious and outdated beliefs and customs. The poethas used in his poem poetic devices such as alliteration, like in the line, "where the world" and metaphor like in the line, "where the clear stream of reason/ Has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit" and also personification, like "where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection."
