1.cutting down of tree because slowly slowly population was increaseing so for more space (for making houses , for crops etc) they cut tree.so,it also affect animal.

2.human activites was also the reason because today ,industrial activites become increase for more production.

After the production the waste of factory dump into the river. When animal drinks that water then it harm for him.Animals and plants effect by them also.

It effect food chain also .
