FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE PART IS CALLED PISTIL.
THE PISTIL PRODUCES THE OVULE. THE FEMALE GAMETES GET DEVELOPED INSIDE THE OVULE . AND ZYGOTE TAKES PLACE INSIDE THE OVULE.
A TO Q.
WHEN POLLEN GRAINS TRANSFER FROM ANTHER TO STIGMA ..IT GETS STICKED WITH THE STIGMA.
THEN THE MALE GAMETE GOES THROUGH THE POLLEN TUBE TO THE OVULE WHICH DEVELOPES THE FEMALE GAMETE.
THE FUSION OF MALE AND FEMALE GAMETE IS CALLED ZYGOTE. AND IN THIS WAY ZYGOTE FORMED INSIDE THE OVULE.

The stigma has minute hole.

Explanation:

Stigma is a female reproductive part of flower.  It has small spot, or minure hole. It is on the top part of flower. The surface of stigma is sticky and with this sticky surface many other pollinating agents such as bees transfer the pollens from one stigma to another stigma. It is essential part of ovary where the pollen germination happens. It is very essential part of reproduction.
