Answer:
The society under King Rajendra Bir Bikram Shah was constantly disputing and there was silent infighting within the diverse parties. Stuffed up with the immature and ineffective control of King Rajendra Bir Bikram Shah, in 1846, the then Kaji – Jang Bahadur Kunwar and his brothers rebelled and murdered 30 – 40 civilian and army administrators and guardians, the Prime Minister and families of the King, connected to the Nepalese Royal Palace Court. He even enforced his citizens to support her position and not that of his son, Surendra Bikram Shah. All this directed to the uprising, identified as the Kot Massacre that happened in the year 1846.
