"Bent neck often occurs if there is any trauma to the neck or spine, infection of the head or neck, infections of the sinuses, ears, jaws, and teeth. Shoulder rolls, gentle neck roll, neck retraction stretch are recommended for bent neck.

Knock knees may develop due to medical reasons like injury to shinbone, Osteomyelitis, overweight and Rickets. Exercises like side lying leg rise, clamshells, lateral walk with bend of ankles, hip extensions, Russian Hamstrings are best for treatment of knock Knees.

Flat Chest faced by many women because of lack of nutrition during puberty, imbalance of hormones like Estrogen and Progesteron, Conditions like thyroid, depression and mental stress. To deal with this situations, push ups, bench press, cable cross like exercises are useful.
