Give the reasons why Estonia, Fiji and Saudi Arabia not democratic countries?​

In Saudi Arabia, women are not allowed to vote. In Estonia, the Russian minority finds it very difficult to be allowed to vote. In Fiji, the vote of a Fijian has more value than that of an Indian-Fijian. Hence, these countries cannot be called democratic countries.
