The three critical constants are pressure, volume and temperature.

Their relation with the Van der Waals constants are as follows:

Tc = 8a / 27 Rb
Vc = 3b
Pc = a / 27 b^2

Where a and b are Van der Waals' constants and R is the ideal gas constant (R = 8.314).
