Thrust means perpendicular force applied on an area where as pressure is mass per unit area

THRUST: The perpendicular force acting on an object is called thrust. It is a vector quantity. And it's S.I unit is N.

PRESSURE: Perpendicular force acting per unit area is called pressure. Or thrust per unit area is called pressure. It is a scalar quantity and its S.I unit N/ m^2 or Pascal .
