Give the relationship between the revenue deficit and the fiscal deficit.

the fiscal deficit is the difference between total revenue and expenditure,primary deficit can be arrived by deducting intrest payment from fiscal deficit....on the country,if the actual receipts are higher than expected one,it is termed as a revenue surplus.a revenue deficit does not mean actual losing of revenue.
