very simple
u have principal quantum number(n)=3

it means electron is 3rd shell

azimuthal quantum number(l) tells us the shape of orbital
formulae for this is =n-1
but it is given that there is p orbital so l=1

magnetic quantum number tell us about orientation in which electron can be there are -1,0,1,

there are two possible spins are -1/2 or 1/2
