70 + 100 = 170 \: kmph = 170 \times  \frac{5}{18}  \frac{m}{s}

So time taken to travel 700 + 575 m = 1275 m

 \frac{x}{t}  =  \frac{1275}{170}  \times  \frac{18}{5}  = 27 \: s
