Give the substance of the following passage :
The value of man's life is measured not by the number of
days he has lived by but the number of good deeds he has
done. A man may live a long life without doing any great and
noble deed. Such a man's life is useless and the man is forgotten
as soon as he dies. But a man who does noble work for the
benefit of mankind lives in the memory of people long after
his death, though he may live a short life here. So, we should
devote our precious days to performing noble deeds as far as
possible

The substance of the following passage is:

A man even after death is always remembered for his deed. It doesn't matter how long you lived, your legacy will always depend on what you did when you were alive.

Some people live a very long life but even after staying so long, they are easily forgotten because they had never done anything to be remembered for. On the other hand, some people live a very small life, and even in that short span of time because of their deeds, they remain forever in the memories of people and the pages of history.
