1. Amylose: it is a rich source of gaining glucose for energy sources. In both industrial and food-based contexts, amylose is also an effective thickener, water binder, emulsion stabilizer and gelling agent.

2. Cellulose: It is used in the diet as a fiber supplement.  It is used to produce paperboard and paper products.  It helps as an additive in various food items.  It is used in the production of rayon.  It is used as a preservative in cheese as it plays the role of an anti-clumping agent.

3. Glycogen: This stored form of glucose is made up of many connected glucose molecules and is called glycogen. When the body needs a quick boost of energy or when the body isn't getting glucose from food, glycogen is broken down to release glucose into the bloodstream to be used as fuel for the cells. ( glycogen is the only source by which your muscles can contract and perform work).
