Answer:
"The international Olympic Committee (IOC)" is the body responsible for organising and conducting the Olympics which are held every "four years". Every year a IOC session is conducted which holds elections about various decisions and posts. It is also the body which monitors and governs "National Olympic Committees (NOCs)". It runs on private funding and gives away more than 90% of its revenue for development and organisation of sport facilities and for athletes.
