Give three argument against democracy

In democracy many times the minority becomes the majority. In delhi only 54% people voted for the ruling party AAP which won 67/70 sets in 2015. But what about the remaining half people who have to live under the government which is not a choice.
In tamil one poet says “ when a donkey votes, a donkey comes to power”(not intended). It means when majority of voting population is illiterate then their elected leader is also likely to be illiterate or a criminal.
Most importantly we should understand that democracy is not an indian concept and it is not fit for our country. It is an american concept a country where intellects and skilled professionals from different countries come together to work for a greater cause. There is also a great a great awareness amongst the voters because most of them are literate.
Arguments against democracy
1) Slow and Ineffective :
Democracy takes a long time to take simple decision as every law and rule has to be approved by all 3 organs
2) Majority rule :
The tyranny of majority overrides the will of minority
3) Economic inequality and Poverty :
No democratically elected party has addressed the question of Poverty as one would hope they would
4) Corruption and red tapism dominate the functioning of democracies
5) Democartic government do not have a very good record when it comes to sharing information with the citizens
