1.Karnataka has the highest number of engineering college in the country, apart from a large number of software training center. So, IT companies in banglore gets the required manpower easily.

2.The Karnataka government took measures to attract IT companies.

3.Software development parks with facilities like satellite communication service have helped in the growth of IT companies.
