Explanation:

Two characteristics which differ physical and chemical change is that in chemical change mixture can be separated by chemical and in physical change mixture physical process. 2nd characteristics is that atom of chemical changed substances is combined with each other but physical all particles and atoms are only mix in a mixture and combined with each other.

These are two characteristics that differ physical and chemical change. In physical change and also chemical change all things and differentiate is always matter with combining of atom and molecules of matter.

Key words of topics are listed below:-

Atom- A smallest unit of matter that may or may not exist independently but always take part in chemical reaction. Atoms are very reactive than molecules.

Molecules- Molecule, a group of two or more atoms that form the smallest identifiable unit into which a pure substance can be divided and still retain the composition and chemical properties of that substance. This is called molecules.

Mixture-A chemical substance is composed of one type of atom or molecule. A mixture is composed of different types of atoms or molecules that are not chemically bonded. A heterogeneous mixture is a mixture of two or more chemical substances where the various components can be visually distinguished. This is called mixture.

Physical change- Any change that happens physically in chemistry or science is called Physical change.

Chemical change- Any change that happens chemically in chemistry or science is called Chemical change.

Characteristics- A characteristic property is a chemical or physical property that helps identify and classify substances. The characteristic properties of a substance are always the same whether the sample being observed is large or small. This is called characteristics.
