Respiration in plants :

Plants breath through stomata present on the lower epidermis of leaves . Stomata is protected by two kindney shape cells known as guard cells.

Plants doesn't have special tissue for this.

They take in carbon dioxide and give out Oxygen.

Respiration in human :

Human beings breath through there nose and lungs.

They have special tissues for this purpose.

They take in Oxygen and give out carbon dioxide.
