*Zygote is formed when Sperm and egg fuses.

*It Occurs in Oviduct or Fallopian Tube.

*Foetus is formed when embryo is embedded in uterus.

*It becomes a complete baby whereas Zygote becomes embryo.

Hey!

1. Zygote is formed by fusion of sperm with the egg while foetus is formed when all body parts are recognizable.

2. Zygote divides to form embryo while an embryo develops to form foetus.

Hope this helps ✌
