I know only the first two answers

1. Physical change

It is a reversible change and is not permanent. Ex:- Water to ice.

Chemical change

It is usually irreversible and permanent. Ex:- Burning of paper.

2. The condensation of water is a physical change because it can be changed back to water by cooling.
