Answer:
Difference Between Metals And Nonmetals.
Metal.
(1) Metal like copper and aluminium are good conductors of heat and electricity.
(2) Metals have shiny appearance.
Non Metal.
(1) Non metal such as phosphorus and sulfur are insulators.
(2) Non metals dose not have any shiny appearance because it's dull.

The difference between the physical properties of metals and non - metals are -
Metals:-
- Metals are Good conductors of heat and electricity. Electricity flows through them easily . ex - Copper, aliminium , silver etc
- Metals are lusturous. They have a good shiny appearance. ex - gold , silver , stainless steel etc
- Metals are sonourous . They produce ringing sound when being strike with a hammer .ex - iron .
- Metals are strong . They have high durability they are long-lasting.
- Metals have very high density ,they are heavy.
- Metals are melleable that is they can be bitten to form thin sheets. ex- gold , aluminium.
Non-Metals :-
- Non-metals not good conductors of heat and electricity. They are poor conductors, they donot allow electricity to pass through them. ex- Hydrogen, sulphur , Nitrogen etc. However exception is there carbon is a non-metals but carbon in the form of graphite is a good conductor of electricity.
- Non-metals are not lusturous , they have a dull appearance. ex - carbon, sulphur.
- Non-metals are not sonourous they donot produce ringing sound when being strike with a hammer .
- Non-metals are not strong they have very low durability.
- Non-metals have low density.
- Non-metals are not melleable they can't be bitten to form thin sheets they are brittle they broke into many pieces when they hammered .
